Call our Outreach Worker on 01429 270746 between 10:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday to discuss your visit.

An invoice will be sent to you or your educational establishment one week after your visit. All prices will be inclusive of VAT, payment is due 28 days after the invoice is sent with payment accepted through cheque, cash or card payment.

Confirmation

A letter will be sent confirming each booking. It will include an itinerary and will act as your admission ticket. You will also be sent our guidelines concerning behaviour and our risk assessment. We expect all groups to abide by this otherwise they may be asked to leave. If you arrive late on the day, we cannot guarantee your booked session will be available at a later time and you will still be charged.

Any pre-booked group that has a session cancelled by the Museum will receive a full refund.
